She dances
swaying back and forth
trying to find the rhythm
her whole body moves
sometimes in time with the music
sometimes to the beat of her heart
then her hips start swinging
moving with such ease
She dances
and I can't help but smile
at this beautiful little girl
who feels the music
deep down with herself
how much more precious could she be
then her voice floats through the air
singing along softly to herself
